Innowacje w przedsiębiorstwie na przykładzie firmy Samsung

In the master's thesis describes the state of knowledge related to innovation and development in a selected enterprise. The basic concepts were discussed and the topic of activities that are carried out in the company to improve the existence of consumers was discussed. Types of innovations - process, product and organizational - were presented. The following chapters present: identification and development of the business. Attention was also paid to the organizational structure, goals and visions of the company, and a sustainable business management system was presented.

W pracy magisterskiej został opisany stan wiedzy odnoszący się do innowacji oraz rozwoju w wybranym przedsiębiorstwie. Omówiono podstawowe pojęcia, jak i został poruszony temat działań, jakie wykonywane są w firmie w celu usprawnienia egzystencji konsumentom. Przedstawione zostały rodzaje innowacji – procesowe, produktowe oraz organizacyjne. W kolejnych rozdziałach przedstawiono: identyfikację oraz rozwój działalności. Zwrócono również uwagę na strukturę organizacyjną, cele, wizje firmy i zaprezentowano system zarządzania zrównoważoną działalnością w firmie.
