Rola portali internetowych w rekrutacji pracowników

The thesis deals with the role of websites in the recruitment of employees. Its aim is to analyse and evaluate the usefulness and effectiveness of websites as a tool for job hunting and getting a job. The research problem focuses mainly on the extent to which websites support job-hunting process and contribute to finding a job. The research used the diagnostic survey method, which was carried out by the use of the survey technique, and the author’s own questionnaire as a research tool.

Praca podejmuje temat roli portali internetowych w rekrutacji pracowników, a jej celem jest analiza i ocena użyteczności i skuteczności portali internetowych jako narzędzia do poszukiwania i otrzymania pracy. Problem badawczy skupia się głównie na zakresie, w jakim portale internetowe wspomagają proces poszukiwania pracy i przyczyniają się do jej znalezienia. W badaniach zastosowano metodę sondażu diagnostycznego, którą zrealizowano za pomocą techniki ankiety, zaś narzędziem badawczym był autorsko sporządzony kwestionariusz ankiety.
