Motivational HRM for Artistic Utopian Education

Educational organizations almost in the whole world, face huge issues when it comes to the educational processes. Research has shown that human resource management is necessary to apply the most convenient apprenticeships for the teachers and professors and that representations of education failures are based on the lack of communication and enough understanding of what both teachers and students need. These are to be added to the importance of Human Resource Management role in achieving a utopian education. This study aims to determine how educational organizations can target creative methodologies to increase the efficiency of education and emphasize the need for motivation in education. Building on existing work on targeted motivated and well-based education, it concerns: To what extent motivation, arts, and HRM are necessary to lead to universal utopian education. The research main philosophical and visionary goal would be reaching out a close idealistic path for an entertaining, motivating, artistic and eventually utopian education along with well-trained teachers and skilful staff to make it happen.

Organizacje edukacyjne na całym świecie zmagają się z dużymi problemami związanymi z procesami edukacyjnymi. Badania pokazują, że zarządzający powinni wprowadzić naukę zawodu dla nauczycieli i profesorów oraz to, że błędy edukacji maja podłoże w braku komunikacji oraz zrozumieniu potrzeb nauczycieli i uczniów. Te kwestie powinny być ważną częścią zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi w dążeniu do utopijnej edukacji. Niniejsza praca ma na celu ustalenie jak organizacje edukacyjne mogą wykorzystać kreatywne metodologie aby zwiększyć skuteczność edukacji i pokazać wagę motywacji w nauce. Bazując na powstałych już pracach o edukacji skierowanej na motywację, moja praca porusza temat skali użycia motywacji, sztuki i zarządzania zasobów ludzkich w dążeniu do uniwersalnej utopijnej edukacji.
