Teacher Personnel Management in Nursery School

The subject of this thesis is Teacher Personnel Management in Nursery School. The aim of this thesis is to investigate differences in the process of motivation and employees progress of Tradicional and The Montessori method. A key aspect of the study is to pay particular attention to the refresher courses and essence of financial motivation. The comparative analysis is preceded by definition of Human Resource Management, legal regulations and the brief description of the organisations.

Tematem niniejszej pracy jest Zarządzanie personelem nauczycielskim w przedszkolu. Celem pracy jest zbadanie różnic występujących w procesie motywacji i rozwoju pracowników przedszkolnej edukacji tradycyjnej i przedszkolu prowadzonym za pomocą metody Montessori. W pracy szczególną uwagę zwraca się na podejmowanie kursów doszkalających oraz istotę motywacji finansowej. Analizę porównawczą poprzedzają definicje zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi, regulacje prawne oraz krótki opis badanych placówek.
