Streaming in the polish act on copyright and related rights

Tematem mojej pracy jest streaming oraz jego pozycja w ustawie o prawie autorskim i prawach pokrewnych. W rozdziale pierwszym podaję definicję streamingu. Następnie rozważam problematykę techniczną oraz ekonomiczną streamingu. W podrozdziałach kolejno tłumaczę jak wygląda droga utworów na platformy muzyczne oraz jak prezentuje się streaming w statystykach branży muzycznej. Kolejny rozdział poświęcony jest streamingowi oraz jego umiejscowieniu w polskiej ustawie o prawie autorskim i prawach pokrewnych. Na sam koniec omawiam sprawy sądowe, które regularnie podnoszą problemy, z którymi platformy steramingowe wciąż się zmagają.

The topic of this work is streaming and its position in the polish act on copyright and related rights. In the first chapter I give the definition of streaming. Then, I consider the issues of technic and economic problems. In the sub-sections, I explain how look the way of tracks to music platforms and how streaming in statistics of the music industry looks like. The next chapter is about streaming and its location in the polish act on copyright and related rights. At the end, I am discussing lawsuits, which regularly raises the problems with which the streaming are still struggling.
