The management of the cultural heritage of the city of Przemyśl on the example of the offer of the National Museum in Przemyśl

The aim of the work is to discuss issues related to cultural heritage management on the example of the National Museum in Przemyśl as a factor constituting the identity of the local community and their commitment to care for its development. For the needs of work, the following hypothesis has been adopted: The local community engages in activites aimed at displaying content constituting historical values, which remains in the following research questions were adopted: To what extent does the management of cultural heritage influence cultural tourism and what constitutes the identity of the local society? From which sources do the respondents obtain information about the The aim of the work is to discuss issues related to cultural heritage management on the example of the National Museum of Przemyśl as a factor constituting the identity of the local community and their commitment to care for its development. For the needs of the work, the following hypothesis has been adopted: The local community engages in activities aimed at displaying content constituting historical values, which remains in the subsumption with the issue of cultural heritage in a given area. For the purpose of this study, the following research questions were adopted: To what extent does the management of cultural heritage influence cultural tourism and what constitutes the identity of the local society? From which sources do the respondents obtain information about the Museum's offer? What factor prompted them to take advantage of the Museum's offer? How often do the respondents use the Museum's offer? Who usually accompanies the surveyed when visiting the Museum? Providing answers to the above issues required the use of a qualitative and quantitative research method, inclouding indepth interviews and surveys. It should be emphasized that the above subjest is not discribed in datail, and rhe available literature needs updating. Master's thesis supplements research on cultural heritage and is part of the mainstream of humanities management.

Celem pracy jest omówienie kwestii dotyczących zarządzania dziedzictwem kulturowym na przykładzie Muzeum Narodowego Ziemi Przemyskiej jako czynnika konstytuującego tożsamość lokalnej społeczności oraz ich zaangażowanie w dbałość o jej rozwój. Dla potrzeb realizacji pracy przyjęto następującą hipotezę: Społeczność lokalna angażuje się w działania mające na celu eksponowanie treści stanowiących wartości historyczne, co pozostaje w subsumcji z kwestią dotyczącą dziedzictwa kulturowego na określonym obszarze. Dla potrzeb niniejszego opracowania przyjęto następujące pytania badawcze: W jakim stopniu zarządzanie dziedzictwem kulturowym wpływa na turystykę kulturową oraz co stanowi o tożsamości lokalnego społeczeństwa? Z jakich źródeł ankietowani pozyskują informacje o ofercie Muzeum? Jaki czynnik skłonił ich do skorzystania z oferty Muzeum? Jak często ankietowani korzystają z oferty Muzeum? Kto zazwyczaj towarzyszy ankietowanym podczas zwiedzania Muzeum? Udzielenie odpowiedzi na powyższe kwestie wymagało zastosowania metody badawczej, jakościowej i ilościowej między innymi wywiadu pogłębionego i ankiet. Podkreślić należy, że tematyka powyższa nie została opisana w sposób szczegółowy, a dostępna literatura wymaga aktualizacji. Praca magisterska uzupełnia badania naukowe nad dziedzictwem kulturowym i wpisuje się w nurt nauk o zarządzaniu humanistycznym.
