The city writes its diary: ethnography of street art organization

The theme of this study is dedicated to the organization of urban space by means of street art. The presented results are the result ethnographic research, based on observations and interviews conducted with artists and street art enthusiasts. Organizations and metaphors are the main theoretical framework employed in the work. The research problem presents street art as an organized sphere of social life. The aim of the research was to learn the potential of a street artist, not only in the form of artistic expression, but also in terms of humanistic management. The contribution of this work concerns the artist's social roles and the possibility of using humanistic management in the artist's work.

Przedmiotem badań niniejszej pracy jest sposób organizowania przestrzeni miejskiej za pomocą sztuki ulicy. Przedstawione rezultaty są wynikiem wywiadów, przeprowadzonych wraz z artystami oraz pasjonatami street artu. Badania zostały przeprowadzone metodą etnograficzną. Główną ramą teoretyczną pracy są organizacje oraz metafory. Problem badawczy przedstawia sztukę ulicy jako zorganizowaną sferę życia społecznego. Celem badań było poznanie potencjału artysty streetartowca nie tylko w postaci wypowiedzi artystycznej, lecz również pod kątem zarządzania humanistycznego. Istotnym wynikiem badań były role społeczne artysty oraz nowe spojrzenie możliwość wykorzystania zarządzania humanistycznego w pracy artysty.
