Status prawny mandatu radnego

This master thesis discusses issues related to the legal status of the council's mandate. The first chapter concerns the presentation of basic information about the course of the electoral process for the position of councilman in local government elections. The next chapter presents the legal structure of the councilor's mandate. Its historic changes and the characteristics of the time were indicated, The third chapter presents the rights and duties of the councilman resulting from his function. The types of responsibility that apply to councilors are indicated in the fourth chapter. The last chapter focuses on the statement of expiry of the mandate, supplementary and pre-term elections.

W niniejszej pracy zostały omówione kwestie związane ze statusem prawnym mandatu radnego. Rozdział pierwszy dotyczy przedstawienia podstawowych informacji dotyczących przebiegu procesu wyborczego na stanowisko radnego w wyborach samorządowych. W kolejnym rozdziale została przedstawiona konstrukcja prawna mandatu radnego. Zostały wskazane jej historyczne przemiany oraz ówczesna charakterystyka, W rozdziale trzecim zostały przedstawione prawa i obowiązki radnego wynikające z pełnienia przez niego funkcji. Rodzaje odpowiedzialności, które obowiązują radnych zostały wskazane w rozdziale czwartym. W ostatnim rozdziale skupiono się na stwierdzeniu wygaśnięcia mandatu, wyborach uzupełniających oraz przedterminowych.
