Ochrona klienta biur podróży na podstawie dyrektywy Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady nr. 2015/2302

In this thesis have been presented the most important institutions of package travel consumer protection on the grounds of package travel directive have been presented. The depicted mechanisms of protection were divided using chronological parameter. The parts concern pre-contractual protection, rules of responsibility for occured injury and complaint procedure followed by lawsuit procedure. Also goals of new directive adoption and change trends on the grounds of new directive have been presented.

W niniejszej pracy przedstawiono najważniejsze instytucje służące ochronie konsumenta będącego stroną umowy o podróż na podstawie dyrektywy Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady nr 2015/2302. Przedstawione mechanizmy ochrony podzielono za pomocą kryterium chronologicznego na ochronę przedkontraktową, problematykę zasad odpowiedzialności za zaistniałą szkodę oraz procedurę reklamacyjną i sądową. Przedstawiono również samą ideę wprowadzenia nowej dyrektywy oraz kierunki zmian, jakie zostały dokonane w związku z nowym prawodawstwem wspólnotowym.
