This paper aims to show how taekwondo is presented in the pop culture of South Korea on the example of Korean films, series and comics.The work has been divided into three parts. The first chapter describes the process of establishing taekwondo. The second chapter contains information on the philosophy of this martial art, its structure and etiquette during training. The third part describes and analyzes the ways of presenting taekwondo in Korean pop culture.
Niniejsza praca ma na celu przedstawienie, w jaki sposób taekwondo jest przedstawiane w popkulturze Korei Południowej na przykładzie filmów, seriali i komiksów koreańskich. Praca została podzielona na trzy części. Pierwszy rozdział opisuje proces powstania taekwondo. W drugim rozdziale zawarte są informacje na temat filozofii tej sztuki walki, jej struktury i etykiety panującej podczas trenowania. W trzeciej części opisane i przeanalizowane są sposoby przedstawiania taekwondo w koreańskiej popkulturze.
