The role of municipalitys auxiliary unit on the example of Olszyny village.

Niniejsza praca przedstawia rolę jednostek pomocniczych w polskich gminach. Składa się z trzech rozdziałów. W pierwszym rozdziale w oparciu o literaturę przedmiotu oraz ustawy przybliżone zostało pojęcie sołectwa, procesu jego tworzenia oraz obligatoryjne elementy statutu. W drugim rozdziale na podstawie statutu sołectwa Olszyny zostały omówione jego organy oraz wybory. W ostatnim rozdziale ukazano zadania sołectwa, jego finansowanie nadzór oraz kontrola nad działalnością sołectwa.

The aim of this thesis is to explain role of the municipality's auxiliary units in Poland. In the first chapter there is introduction to auxiliary units which one of them are villages. Basic terms are explained basing on law and scientific literature. Creating municipality's auxiliary unit and obligatory statue elements are also described. In the second chapter all of the bodies in the village of Olszyny are described. In the third chapter it is shown what are the tasks of Olszyny village, how is Olszyny financed and who does the supervision of this unit.
