This Master's thesis contains a description and analysis of reforms that were introduced by President George W. Bush. The direct cause of their start was the terrorist attacks in the United States of September 11, 2001. The following chapters present an overview of internal conditions and foreign policy before 2001 as well as changes that took place later. It also contains an analysis of the impact of reforms on internal security and on the international situation.
Praca zawiera opis oraz analizę reform, które zostały wprowadzone przez prezydenta George'a W. Busha. Bezpośrednią przyczyną ich rozpoczęcia były ataki terrorystyczne w Stanach Zjednoczonych z 11 września 2001 roku. Kolejne rozdziały pracy zawierają przegląd uwarunkowań wewnętrznych i polityki zagranicznej przed 2001 rokiem oraz zmiany, które zaszły później. Zawiera ona także analizę wpływu reform na bezpieczeństwo wewnętrzne i na sytuację na arenie międzynarodowej.
