Porównanie tradycyjnej kuchni koreańskiej ze współczesną kuchnią Republiki Korei

The subject of this thesis is traditional Korean cuisine and contemporary cuisine of the Republic of Korea. I will compare traditional and modern cuisine, taking into account the processes that have influenced changes in the culinary culture of the southern part of the Korean Peninsula. The purpose of my research is to check how traditional Korean cuisine has survived these processes and exists to this day. In the first chapter, I will characterize traditional Korean cuisine, taking into account the historical processes that influence it. In the second chapter, I will describe the contemporary cuisine of the Republic of Korea. In the last chapter, I will compare the traditional and contemporary cuisine of the Republic of Korea, presenting similarities and differences.

Przedmiotem niniejszej pracy są tradycyjna kuchnia koreańska i współczesna kuchnia Republiki Korei. Dokonam porównania tradycyjnej i współczesnej kuchni, biorąc pod uwagę procesy, które wpływały na zmiany w kulturze kulinarnej południowej części Półwyspu Koreańskiego. Celem moich badań jest sprawdzenie, na ile tradycyjna kuchnia koreańska przetrwała owe procesy i istnieje do dziś. W rozdziale pierwszym dokonam charakterystyki tradycyjnej kuchni koreańskiej, biorąc pod uwagę wpływające na nią procesy historyczne. W drugim rozdziale scharakteryzuję współczesną kuchnię Republiki Korei. W ostatnim rozdziale porównam kuchnię tradycyjną i współczesną Republiki Korei, przedstawiając podobieństwa i różnice.
