Representaciones de la memoria sobre la dictadura de Augusto Pinochet en "Pequeños cementerios bajo la luna" de Mauricio Electorat

This study aims to investigate the representations of the memory of the dictatorship of Augusto Pinochet in the novel “Pequeños cementerios bajo la luna” of Chilean writer Mauricio Electorat, using the author’s biography, the historical context of the dictatorship’s period and the specific notions de the Memory Studies: the concept of the collective memory, the notion of the communicative memory (proposed by Jan Assmann), the term of the posmemory (coined by Marianne Hirsch) and the concept of the realms of the memory (of Pierre Nora).

En el presente trabajo se investigan las representaciones de la memoria sobre la dictadura de Augusto Pinochet en la novela “Pequeños cementerios bajo la luna” del escritor chileno Mauricio Electorat. Para realizar este objetivo se aprovechan los datos de la biografía del autor, el contexto histórico de la época y las nociones específicas dentro de los Memory Studies, como, el concepto de la memoria colectiva, la noción de la memoria comunicativa –propuesta por Jan Assmann–, la teoría de la posmemoria –acuñada por Marianne Hirsch– y el concepto de los lugares de la memoria –de Pierre Nora–.

Celem niniejszej pracy jest zbadanie przejawów pamięci o dyktaturze Augusto Pinocheta w powieści „Pequeños cementerios bajo la luna” chilijskiego pisarza Mauricio Electorata, wykorzystując do tego biografię samego autora, kontekst historyczny epoki oraz wybrane pojęcia z zakresu studiów nad pamięcią takie jak: pamięć zbiorowa, pamięć komunikacyjna (zaproponowana przez Jana Assmanna), postpamięć (autorstwa Marianne Hirsch) oraz miejsca pamięci (według Pierre’a Nory).
