Comparative work, which discusses the differences between terrorist organisations that have acted at the end of the 20TH century and what they are working in the 21ST century. The aim of the work is to show the way in which terrorist offences evolve and how to prevent it over the last 50 years. The comparison used the motives for the actions of terrorist groups, the number of attacks and their mortality, the approach of power to terrorist crime, legal acts to rule on the fight against such crimes and forecasts for the next Years.
Praca porównawcza, w której omawiane są różnice między organizacjami terrorystycznymi jakie działały pod koniec XX wieku i jakie działają w XXI wieku. Celem pracy jest ukazanie drogi ewolucji przestępczości terroryzmu, oraz sposobów jego zapobiegania na przestrzeni ostatnich 50 lat. W ramach porównania wykorzystane zostały motywy działania grup terrorystycznych, liczba zamachów i ich śmiertelność, podejście władzy do przestępczości terrorystycznej, akty prawne normujące przepisy zwalczania tego typu przestępstw i prognozy na następne lata.
