Is the evaluation of justice’s restriction’s material responsibility in a labour law being restricted to three employee’s salaries

The topic ofe the thesis is the evaluation of justice’s restriction’s material responsibility in a labour law being restricted to three employee’s salaries. Making an estimate of justice’s restriction’s material responsibility, the analisys of the solution has been carried out on the basis of international law regulations, constitunal law as well as inner Polish labour law. The thesis also consists the evaluation of the law institution’s justice through the prism of labour law function and resrtriction of material responsibility against the background of regulations connected with economic freedom.

Tematem pracy jest ocena sprawiedliwości ograniczenia odpowiedzialności materialnej w prawie pracy w zawężeniu do trzech pensji pracownika. Dokonując oceny sprawiedliwości ograniczenia zakresu odpowiedzialności materialnej dokonano analizy tego rozwiązania poprzez: zasady prawa międzynarodowego, prawa konstytucyjnego, wewnętrzną spójność z systemem polskiego prawa pracy. Dokonano również oceny sprawiedliwości tej instytucji prawa pracy poprzez pryzmat funkcji prawa pracy oraz ograniczenia odpowiedzialności materialnej na tle przepisów i zasad związanych z wolnością gospodarczą.
