Modern forms of financing a car fleet in an enterprise

The purpose of this thesis was to present the concepts of a modern car fleet in an enterprise and leasing as its core form of financing. Accordingly, it introduces leasing's history, its development and the significance it exerts on the automotive market in Poland. Subsequently, the basic types of leasing are defined and analyzed from legal perspectives of Polish Civil Code and Income Tax acts. The last chapter outlines modern forms of a car fleet management. The thesis contains opinions of leasing companies clients and practical aspect of leasing transactions.

Celem niniejszej pracy było zaprezentowanie problematyki nowoczesnej floty pojazdów w przedsiębiorstwie oraz jej podstawowej formy finansowania jakim jest leasing. W związku z tym, została przedstawiona historia leasingu, rozwój oraz znaczenie jakie wywiera na rynek motoryzacyjny w Polsce. Następnie, wyodrębniono jego podstawowe formy oraz poddano analizie charakterystykę prawną na podstawie przepisów kodeksu cywilnego oraz ustaw o podatku dochodowym. W ostatnim rozdziale zaprezentowano nowoczesne formy zarządzania flotą samochodów. W opracowaniu zawarto opinie klientów firm leasingowych oraz praktyczny aspekt transakcji leasingowych.
