Autor przedstawia Heglowską koncepcję państwa, zwracając uwagę na jego rolę w godzeniu społecznych partykularyzmów w ramach ogólnego celu. The author presents the Hegelian concept of the state, paying attention to its role in reconciling social particularisms under the general goal. The description of the political system from the "Principles of the Philosophy of Law" is confronted with its early criticism from Marx. Then the author focuses on Hegel's analysis of the market economy and the "rabble" emerging in civil society. This analysis is shown as anticipation of Marx's later political and social philosophy.
