Administracyjna zmiana imienia i nazwiska

The purpose of thesis is to descibe the administrative change of name and surname. The thesis consists of three chapters. The first chapter contain the genesis of the name and surname and legal regulations regarding the change of the name in historical terms. The subject of chapter two is administrative change of name and surname. It contains causes of change and its scope. The third chapter presents the administrative procedure of change and examples of administrative decisions.

Praca poświęcona jest administracyjnej zmianie imienia i nazwiska. Składa się z trzech rozdziałów. W pierwszym rozdziale omówiona zostaje geneza imienia i nazwiska oraz regulacje prawne dotyczące zmiany imienia i nazwiska w ujęciu historycznym. Przedmiotem rozdziału drugiego jest szeroko pojęta zmiana imienia i nazwiska w trybie administracyjnym. Przedstawione są w nim m.in. przesłanki zmiany oraz jej zakres. W trzecim rozdziale zaprezentowana została procedura administracyjna i wybrane przykłady wydanych decyzji.
