Krótka analiza modelu zarządzania operą w Chinach

The theme discussed in this thesis is the operating mode of the opera in China and its characteristics. The approach the author adopts to this research is analyzing the operational model of opera management in the National Centre for the Performing Arts, combine the in-depth interviews with an actor and the questionnaire survey of the audience to conduct comparative analysis from different perspectives. The results of the analysis and survey show that the operation mode of the National Centre for the Performing Arts as a relatively mature mode of the opera management in China. The operation mode of opera in China is roughly similar to that of western opera management. However, due to the influence of Chinese national culture, social environment, policy, media, and other aspects, it also shows some regional characteristics. Based on this thesis, people can have a broad understanding of the Chinese opera management model, this thesis could serve as a reference for the people who are interested in the opera industry in China.

Niniejsza praca dyplomowa została poświęcona analizie działania opery w Chinach. Autorka w swoich badaniach postanowił scharakteryzować model operacyjny zarządzania operą w Narodowym Centrum Sztuk Performatywnych oraz połączyć pogłębione wywiady z aktorem i ankiety wśród odbiorców w celu przeprowadzenia analizy porównawczej z różnych perspektyw. Wyniki analizy i ankiety pokazują, że tryb działania Narodowego Centrum Sztuk Performatywnych jest stosunkowo dojrzałym trybem zarządzania operą w Chinach. Tryb operacyjny opery w Chinach jest zbliżony do zachodniego zarządzania operą. Jednak ze względu na wpływ chińskiej kultury narodowej, środowiska społecznego, polityki, mediów i innych aspektów wykazuje również pewne cechy regionalne. W oparciu o tę rozprawę możemy zyskać szersze spojrzenie na zagadnienie chińskiego modelu zarządzania operą, praca dyplomowa ta może służyć jako punkt odniesienia dla osób zainteresowanych przemysłem operowym w Chinach.
