The thesis contains the most important issues regarding the management of working time in the enterprise. The purpose of the thesis was to collect information about the time management and to use it while conducting the research. All chapters contain terms and concepts that are based on the scientific literature of the subject. The result of the work are the results of research conducted on employees of the company. The conclusions were written after analyzing the answers given in the literature.
