The result of the analysis clearly confirmed thehypothesis that residential investments are able to generate fixed income and secure capitalagainst inflation. Compared to alternative forms of investment, the activity in question ischaracterised by relatively low risk. It has been proved that the real estate market is constantlydeveloping, which positively affects the investment opportunities it offers.
