"Mobbing at school as a social pathology"

This paper deals with the problem of mobbing at school. The aim of this work is to answer the question whether there is a problem of psychological violence in inter-rural relations in Polish primary schools. The work consists of three chapters. The first one is an introduction to the issue of bullying and defines its characteristics, causes and characterizes the figure of the perpetrator and victim. The second chapter presents the educational system in Poland, the most important legal acts that are the basis for its functioning, the problems of the Polish education system. The third is the empirical part of the work, which presents the theoretical basis for the methodology of social research, shows the results of the research carried out, analyses them in detail and draws conclusions.

Niniejsza praca dotyczy występowania problemu mobbingu w szkole. Celem pracy jest odpowiedź na pytanie czy w polskich szkołach podstawowych istnieje problem występowania przemocy psychicznej w relacjach międzyrówieśniczych. Praca składa się z trzech rozdziałów. Pierwszy stanowi wstęp do problematyki mobbingu i określa jego charakterystyczne cechy, przyczyny występowania oraz charakteryzuje sylwetkę sprawcy i ofiary. Drugi rozdział przedstawia system oświaty w Polsce, najważniejsze akty prawne, które są podstawą jego funkcjonowania, problemy polskiego systemu edukacji. Trzeci jest częścią empiryczną pracy, w której przedstawiono podstawy teoretyczne metodologii badań społecznych, ukazano wyniki przeprowadzonych badań i dokonano ich dokładnej analizy oraz wyciągnięto wnioski.
