The protection of depositors cash deposits in the tasks of the Bank Guarantee Fund

The subject of consideration of the bachelor’s thesis is the activity of the Bank Guarantee Fund in Polish financial security network. Its main purpose is to analyze the Fund’s tasks in the context of ensuring protection of depositors’ cash deposits. Two aspects of protection were raised. In the direct aspect, the mandatory deposit guarantee system was discussed in detail, however in the indirect aspect, the fund's tasks related to ensuring financial system stabilization, which are financial support activities, resolution and analytical-informative activities.

Przedmiotem rozważań niniejszej pracy licencjackiej jest działalność Bankowego Funduszu Gwarancyjnego w polskiej sieci bezpieczeństwa finansowego. Głównym jej celem jest analiza zadań Funduszu w kontekście zapewniania ochrony wkładów pieniężnych deponentów. Poruszone zostały dwa aspekty ochrony. W aspekcie bezpośrednim szczegółowo omówiony został obowiązkowy system gwarantowania depozytów, natomiast w aspekcie pośrednim analizie zostały poddane zadania funduszu związane z zapewnianiem stabilizacji systemu finansowego, którymi są działalność pomocowa, przymusowa restrukturyzacja oraz działalność analityczno-informacyjna.
