Pedagogical innovations in the sphere of dance

Celem głównym pracy jest przedstawienie jak innowacja pedagogiczna w sferze tańca wpływa na rozwój dziecka oraz przedstawienie możliwości wykorzystania tego typu innowacji dla wsparcia prawidłowego rozwoju dzieci.Praca ma charakter badawczy i wyjaśniający, została opracowana w oparciu o literaturę przedmiotu oraz studium przypadku innowacji pedagogicznej. Praca składa się z trzech rozdziałów. W wyniku analizy przeprowadzonych badań oraz dogłębnej analizy literatury przedmiotu stwierdzono, iż zajęcia taneczne odbywające się w ramach działalności „Pracowni Hołubiec” odpowiadają na potrzeby społeczeństwa, funkcjonują jako innowacja pedagogiczna w sferze tańca. W pracy opisano wywiad przeprowadzony z pedagogiem z wieloletnim doświadczeniem w pracy z dziećmi i młodzieżą, który ukazuje skuteczność podejmowanych działań w ramach innowacji pedagogicznej.W pracy została wykorzystana liczna literatura związana z innowacjami, tańcem, pedagogiką oraz psychoterapią.

The main purpose of the thesis is to show how the pedagogical innovations in the sphere of dance affects the child's development and present the possibilities of use this type of innovation to support the proper development of children.The thesis character is research and explanatory, has been developed based on the literature on the subject and case study of pedagogical innovation. The thesis comprises three chapters. From the analysis of conducted research and from the analysis of the literature on the subject it was found that dance classes taking place as part of the activity “Pracownia Hołubiec” respond to the needs of society and function as a pedagogical innovation in the sphere of dance.The outcome of the interview analysis has shown the effectiveness of actions taken as part of pedagogical innovation, the interview was carried out with a pedagogue who has many years of experience in working with children and young people.Extensive literature on the innovation, dance, pedagogy and psychotherapy has been used in this bachelor’s thesis.
