Middle East conflict and Question of Palestine. A two-state solution considering the analysis of the United Nations documents

W niniejszej pracy zostały opisane wysiłki ONZ na rzecz rozwiązania konfliktu bliskowschodniego z perspektywy kwestii palestyńskiej. W wyniku przeprowadzonej analizy rezolucji i raportów ONZ autorka pracy zauważyła połączenie kwestii palestyńskiej z konfliktem bliskowschodnim na forum ONZ w latach 70. XX wieku. Dodatkowo, poddano analizie rozwiązanie dwupaństwowe oraz wskazano związane z nim paradoksy. Praca składa się z trzech rozdziałów. W rozdziale pierwszym autorka śledzi proces powstawania organów ONZ powołanych w celu rozwiązania kwestii palestyńskiej. Rozdział drugi jest poświęcony uchodźstwu palestyńskiemu, które jest stałym elementem konfliktu bliskowschodniego. W ostatnim rozdziale przedstawiono proces złączenia konfliktu bliskowschodniego z kwestią palestyńską.

In the thesis the author illustrates the UN strain to resolve the Middle East conflict in the perspective of the Question of Palestine. Due to the analysis of UN resolutions and reports the author have found the link between the Question of Palestine and the Middle East conflict at the UN in 1970s. Moreover, the two-state solution have been analyzed indicating its paradoxes. The thesis consists of three chapters. In the first one the author tracks the process of establishing UN bodies to resolve the Palestinian Question at the end of the 1940s. The second chapter is dedicated to Palestinian exile which is an inseparable element of the Middle East conflict. In the last chapter the process of linking the Middle East conflict with the Question of Palestine is demonstrated.
