Composition and organization of the Council of Ministers

Przedmiotem pracy licencjackiej jest skład i organizacja Rady Ministrów. Opracowanie składa się z czterech części.Pierwsza część dotyczy władzy wykonawczej w Polsce i obejmuje zagadnienia takie jak: pojęcie władzy wykonawczej, struktura władzy wykonawczej, podział kompetencji między Radę Ministrów i Prezydenta oraz charakterystykę zadań Rady Ministrów.Druga część przedstawia procedurę tworzenia Rady Ministrów wraz ze wskazaniem definicji dymisji rządu, a także procedury głównej i rezerwowej.W trzeciej części wyliczono poszczególnych członków Rady Ministrów oraz opisano ich znaczenie w Radzie Ministrów i przypisane im zadania.Ostatnia część pracy licencjackiej charakteryzuje organizację Rady Ministrów oraz opisuje zasady funkcjonowania rządu (w tym m.in. tryby pracy rządu, posiedzenia rządu, ich zwoływanie i ustalanie porządku obrad).W opracowaniu wykorzystano literaturę z zakresu prawa konstytucyjnego i administracyjnego, a także teksty aktów prawnych, publikacje książkowe i artykuły.

The subject of the BA thesis is the composition and organization of the Council of Ministers. The study consists of four parts.The first part concerns the executive power in Poland and covers issues such as: the concept of the executive power, the structure of the executive power, the division of powers between the Council of Ministers and the President and the characteristics of the tasks of the Council of Ministers.The second part presents the procedure for creating the Council of Ministers together with the definition of the government's dismissal, as well as the main and reserve procedures.The third part lists individual members of the Council of Ministers and describes their importance in the Council of Ministers and the tasks assigned to them.The last part of the bachelor's thesis characterizes the organization of the Council of Ministers and describes the principles of the functioning of the government (including, inter alia, the government's modes of operation, government meetings, convening them and setting the agenda).The study uses literature on constitutional and administrative law, as well as texts of legal acts, book publications and articles.
