It is then especially important for school leaders to understand motivational processes and factors important for their motivation and motivation of employees. High motivation of school managers results in job satisfaction and motivation of teachers. The motivation of teachers undoubtedly affects students’ learning and performance which is the main aim of schools as organizations.
