In connection with the article by Irena Olchowska-Schmidt (“Quart” 2019, no. 1), the author proves that the painting from the 295th auction of the Neumeister Gallery is not a painting by Johann Gualbert Raffalt from 1864, but an inaccurate copy (paraphrase) of Jozef Brandt’s Welcome to the Steppe (1874).

W związku z artykułem Ireny Olchowskiej-Schmidt („Quart“ 2019 nr 1) autor wykazuje, że obraz z aukcji 295 galerii Neumeister nie jest obrazem J. G. Raffalta z r. 1864, lecz niedokładną kopią (parafrazą) obrazu Józefa Brandta Powitanie stepu (1874).
