Interes w polskim prawie administracyjnym

The purpose of my BA thesis will be to distinguish the concept of legal interest from other interests that may have an individual, but also a group of people or a social organization. Chapter 1 contains a description of the concept of interest, a description of the types of interests distinguished in the Polish legal system, as well as a description of how public administration bodies may interact with external entities. Chapter 2 contains a description of Bernatzik's Triad, its subsequent addition, and a broad description of the legal interest. Chapter 3, on the other hand, focuses more on the third element of the above-mentioned Bernatzik's Triad, and what differences or similarities exist between it and the legal interest.

Celem mojej pracy licencjackiej, będzie wyodrębnienie oraz odróżnienie pojęcia interesu prawnego od innych interesów, które może posiadać jednostka, ale też grupa osób lub organizacja społeczna. Rozdział 1, zawiera opis pojęcia interes, charakterystykę rodzajów interesów, wyróżnionych w polskim systemie prawnym a także opis tego w jaki sposób organy administracji publicznej mogą pozostawać w relacjach z podmiotami zewnętrznymi. W rozdziale 2 znajduje się opis Triady Bernatzika, jej późniejsze uzupełnienie oraz szeroki opis interesu prawnego. Rozdział 3 natomiast skupia się mocniej na trzecim elemencie wspomnianej wyżej Triady Bernatzika czyli publicznym prawie podmiotowym, oraz tym jakie różnice lub podobieństwa występują między nim a interesem prawnym.
