The aim of this thesis is to explain how the text is reflected in iconography. The analysis is based on Rosalía's album “El Mal Querer”, in which each song is accompanied by an image that represents the lyrics. Using the concepts of Umberto Eco and Roland Barthes, it is shown how these illustrations depict the text and how they influence its interpretation.
Celem pracy jest wyjaśnienie, jak w ikonografii odzwierciedla się tekst. Analiza została oparta na płycie Rosalíi zatytułowanej „El Mal Querer”, w której każdej piosence towarzyszy obraz reprezentujący jej tekst. Posługując się konceptami Umberta Eco i Rolanda Barthes’a pokazano, jak te ilustracje przedstawiają tekst i jaki mają wpływ na jego interpretację.
El objetivo del trabajo es explicar cómo en la iconografía se refleja el texto. El análisis se basa en el disco “El Mal Querer” de Rosalía, en el que cada canción está acompañada de una imagen que representa la letra. Utilizando los conceptos de Umberto Eco y Roland Barthes, se muestra cómo estas ilustraciones representan el texto y qué influencia tienen en su interpretación.
