Invariant Manifolds

Głównym tematem pracy jest twierdzenie o rozmaitości niezmienniczej dla hiperoblicznych punktów stałych lokalnego dyfeomorfizmu R^n. Przedstawiono hiperboliczne punkty stałe jako przykłady najprostszych zbiorów niezmienniczych. W dowodzie twierdzenia o rozmaitości niezmienniczej wykorzystano twierdzenie Hadamarda-Perrona (przedstawione również z dowodem). Pierwszy rozdział zawiera wprowadzenie w teorię rozmaitości oraz konstrukcję przestrzeni stycznych.

The main topic of the thesis is an invariant manifold theorem for hiperbolic fixed points of a local diffeomorphism of R^n. Hiperbolic fixed points were presented as the simplest examples of invariant sets. A theorem of Hadamard and Perron was used in the proof of the invariant manifold theorem. The thesis contains also a proof of the Hadmard-Perron theorem. The first section contains an introduction to the theory of manifolds and a construction of a tangent space.
