Perspektywa cielesna w trzecim sezonie Twin Peaks

Przedmiotem niniejszej pracy jest trzeci sezon serialu Twin Peaks. Zostanie on poddany analityczno-interpretacyjnemu omówieniu pod kątem tego, jakie znaczenia i funkcje pełni cielesność w twórczości Davida Lyncha. Perspektywa cielesna będzie rozważana na wielu płaszczyznach kulturowych – w odniesieniu do różnych gatunków filmowych, do monstrualności, przemocy, elektryczności, etc. Ponadto w pracy zostanie zarysowany status ciała w języku, fenomen kulturowy dwóch epok Twin Peaks w latach 90. i w 2017 roku oraz ich recepcja, a także próba charakterystyki czym jest „styl lynchowski”.

The subject of this work is the third season of the Twin Peaks series. It will be subjected to analysis and interpretation, with particular emphasis on the meanings and functions of the body in the work of David Lynch. The bodily perspective will be considered on many cultural levels – in relation to various film genres, to monstrosity, violence, electricity, etc. What's more, the work will outline the status of the body in language, the cultural phenomenon of two epochs of Twin Peaks in the 90s and in 2017 and their reception, as well as an explanation of what the "lynchian style" consists of.
