A conception of natural right from a Leo Strauss perspective

In my essay I'm reconstructing, on the basis of Leo Strauss texts, classical conception of natural right and I'm depictinng its evolution to a modern idea of natural law. I'm also dealing with the question of tension between "city laws" and "philosophical way of life".

W pracy rekonstruuje na podstawie tekstów Leo Straussa klasyczną koncepcję prawa naturalnego (natural right) i zarysowuję jej ewolucję do nowożytnej idei prawa naturalnego (natural law). Zajmuję się w niej również sprawą napięcia między "prawami miasta" a "filozoficznym sposobem życia".
