The role of outsourcing in economic processes - analysis based on the example of the Indian economy

This paper deals with the role of outsourcing in economic processes, based on the example of the Indian economy. Increasing globalization and the growing importance of outsourcing in the shaping of the new world economic order were the main determinants influencing the choice of the topic. The aim of the work is to discuss the most important determinants of selecting processes in the entreprises to be outsourced to India and to present the role of outsourcing in the economic processes of this country. The methodology adopted in the work was based on a multifaceted analysis of the literature, the use of the case analysis technique and the SWOT analysis technique. The information obtained made it possible to draw a conclusion confirming the impact of outsourcing on the development of innovation and economic growth of India.

Niniejsza praca podejmuje tematykę roli outsourcingu w procesach gospodarczych, opierając się na przykładzie gospodarki Indii. Postępująca globalizacja i wzrost znaczenia outsourcingu w kształtowaniu się nowego porządku gospodarczego świata stanowiły główną determinantę w wyborze tematu. Celem pracy jest omówienie najważniejszych uwarunkowań wydzielania procesów z zagranicznych przedsiębiorstw na teren Indii oraz przedstawienie roli outsourcingu w procesach gospodarczych kraju. Przyjęta metodologia opiera się na wieloaspektowej analizie literatury, wykorzystaniu techniki analizy przypadku i techniki analizy SWOT. Uzyskane informacje umożliwiają sformułowanie wniosku potwierdzającego wpływ outsourcingu na rozwój innowacyjności i wzrost gospodarczy Indii.
