In the publication sub-systems infiltrating organizational identity were presented. Such elements as: vision, mission, image and organizational culture should be connected with each other and coherent so as each organization could act according to its declarations and values. Organizational identity is a complicated term. So in the article the author used a definition of this term which connects functionalistic and interpreting-symbolic perspective. From one point of view we can measure, describe and manage identity, from another it is strongly connected with people from the organization. The aim of the article is to show the key similarities, differences and correlations between the elements of organizational identity.
