In the modern social science discourse the culture processes in organizations are viewed by many researchers by organizational identity. So it seems that interpreting the culture of quality through organizational identity would be helpful to understand the issue of quality culture. Linking organizational identity and quality culture should lead to new cognitive perspectives. The aim of this article is conceptualization of a term ‘quality culture’ understood as a organizational identity. It would also depict differences between those two terms, important from the quality culture development point of view.
