Measurement of the maturity of management system integration at Grupa Azoty Kopalnie i Zakłady Chemiczne Siarki Siarkopol'' S.A.

Głównym zamiarem niniejszej pracy było dokonanie pomiaru dojrzałości integracji systemów zarządzania w badanym przedsiębiorstwie. Autor do tego celu użył narzędzia badawczego stworzonego na podstawie najpopularniejszych systemów zarządzania wykorzystywanych przez współczesne przedsiębiorstwa i konkretnych modelach dojrzałości systemów zarządzania. Opierając się na literaturze, najpierw zdefiniowano pojęcie systemu zarządzania, następnie opisano systemy zarządzania jakością, środowiskiem i BHP, oraz wskazano korzyści integracji wspomnianych systemów. W rozdziale badawczym natomiast przeprowadzono eksplorację Zintegrowanego Systemu Zarządzania funkcjonującego w badanej organizacji i na podstawie ww. narzędzia badawczego dokonano pomiaru dojrzałości tego systemu.

The main intention of this study was to measure the maturity of the integration of management systems in the studied company. For this purpose, the author used a research tool created on the basis of the most popular management systems used by modern companies and models of management systems maturity. Based on the literature, the concept of management system was first defined, then quality, environment and health and safety management systems were described, and the benefits of integration of these systems were indicated. In the research chapter, the Integrated Management System operating in the studied company was explored and based on the abovementioned research tool the maturity of this system was measured.
