Management maturity in local government unit based on municipal office in Bliżyn

Celem pracy jest poznanie poziomu dojrzałości projektowej jednostki samorządu terytorialnego, w tym przypadku Gminy Bliżyn. Praca ma ocenić za pomocą przeprowadzonych badań na grupie członków zespołów projektowych ich poziom wiedzy na temat dojrzałości projektowej, a także scharakteryzować poziom świadomości o zarządzaniu projektami. Po dokonaniu analizy otrzymanych od respondentów odpowiedzi ukazuje natomiast problemy, które stoją na drodze ku wyższemu rozwojowi dojrzałości projektowej, a także proponuje rozwiązania zapobiegające dalszemu występowaniu tychże problemów.

The aim of this master’s thesis is to meet with management maturity model and it’s performing in local government units. This master’s thesis has to sumarize with the help of conducted research the level of knowledge about management maturity and management at all at community members. After analysis, there will be problems able to see, which hinder further development and also there will be solutions to not commit futher the same mistakes.
