Kto jest prawdziwym królem dżungli? Próba prześledzenia wpływów i zapożyczeń pomiędzy "Władcą dżungli" Osamu Tezuki a "Królem Lwem" wytwórni Walta Disneya w kontekście międzynarodowego prawa autorskiego

The aim of this thesis is to investigate and analyse similarities and influences between Osamu Tezuka's "Jungle Emperor" and Walt Disney Animation Studios' "The Lion King" in the context of international copyright laws. In the first chapter author of the thesis refers to the most important definitions and laws regarding copyright. In the second chapter author describes relations and mutual influences between Tezuka and Disney. In the third chapter author compares "Jungle Emperor" and "The Lion King" pointing out the similarities in the both works and analyses them in accordance with the copyright laws.

Celem niniejszej pracy jest zbadanie i przeanalizowanie podobieństw, wpływów i zapożyczeń pomiędzy „Władcą dżungli” autorstwa Osamu Tezuki a „Królem Lwem” wytwórni filmowej Walta Disneya na tle międzynarodowego prawa autorskiego. W rozdziale pierwszym wyszczególnione zostały najważniejsze definicje i zapisy związane z prawem autorskim. W rozdziale drugim opisano relacje i wzajemne wpływy pomiędzy Tezuką i Disneyem. W rozdziale trzecim porównano „Władcę dżungli” i „Króla Lwa” wykazując podobieństwa obecne w obu dziełach i analizując je w kontekście prawa autorskiego.
