Tematem pracy jest wola testatora w testamencie holograficznym ukazana w prawie rzymskim i wybranych europejskich systemach prawa. Głównie poruszona jest kwestia testamentu holograficznego, który wydaje się najlepiej wyrażać wolę testatora. Ukazane są również podstawowe cechy testamentu własnoręcznego i występujące niekiedy ograniczenia, które utrudniają ustalenie rzeczywistej woli testatora.

The subject of the master thesis is: The will of the testator in a holographic will-roman law and selected european legal systems. The main issue is the holographic will which best expresses the will of the testator. Basic features of the holographic will are also included.
