Przemyśl czasów I wojny światowej w oczach o. Eustachego Wernera

The author cites unknown sources from the Archive of the Province of Saint Mary of the Angels of the Franciscan Order (OFM) in Kraków. They include letters and two versions of the chronicle of the order of St Anthony in Przemyśl edited by Father Eustachy Werner, the monastery’s guardian. They concern not only monastic life but also general life in Przemyśl, mainly during the three sieges of the Fortress in the years 1914-1915. The account is all the more valuable because so far church sources have not been sufficiently used for researching the history of people of Przemyśl in the second decade of the 20th c.
