Przegląd orzecznictwa Izby Cywilnej Sądu Najwyższego

This case-law review presents the judicial decisions of the Supreme Court in the field of civil law, which deal with legal issues of significant theoretical importance and may be important for legal practice. The first part of the review includes a brief presentation of several Supreme Court’s decisions. The second part of the case-law review consists of comments to several selected Supreme Court rulings. The subject of those rulings was court permission for purchase by parents for a child real estate for measures obtained as a donation, cancellation of the donation on the basis of glaring ingratitude and the impact of debt assumption on the mortgage.
