Omówiono wyniki badań ankietowych użytkowników serwisów WWW w IBIN UJ. Ukazano preferencje i oczekiwania badanych wobec zawartości informacyjnej serwisów WWW placówki kształcącej z bibliotekoznawstwa i informacji naukowej.

The paper presents the results of WWW sites users survey research carried in the Institute of Librarianship and Information Science of the Jagiellonian University. It shows the respondents’ preferences and expectations concerning the information content of WWW sites on the field librarianship and information science.
