The notion of risk in the relations between the organization and the suppliers

The text contains the analysis of the issue of risk in the relations between the organization and the suppliers. The author makes an analysis of the cooperation with suppliers as the area in which the risk of the activity of the organization appears. Furthermore, the possibilities of reducing this risk in the processes of the selection and monitoring of the suppliers are indicated.
