Economic activity of Ukrainians in Poland

With every next year more and more Ukrainians come to Poland for gainful purposes, and then return home. But favorable wages are not the only reason for immigration. Many Ukrainians want to stay in Poland permanently and enjoy the best possible living conditions there. A big part of them do not plan to work for someone else's company and therefore open their own businesses or move them from Ukraine. The purpose of the bachelor's thesis is to find out the reasons why Ukrainians choose Poland to set up their business. Another problem taken up in the thesis is the question of the reaction of Poles to the mass arrivals of Ukrainians. The thesis also shows how the Ukrainians are adapting in Poland, which favors and what threatens. The conditions for running a business in Poland and interviews with Ukrainians who run a business in Poland were described.

Z roku na rok coraz więcej Ukraińców przyjeżdża do Polski w celach zarobkowych, a następnie wraca do domu. Ale korzystne zarobki, to niejedyny powód imigracji. Wielu Ukraińców chce zostać w Polsce na stałe i korzystać z jak najlepszych warunków życia w niej. Nie wszyscy planują pracować na kogoś i dlatego zakładają swoją działalność lub przenoszą ją z Ukrainy do Polski. Celem pracy licencjackiej jest poznanie przyczyn, dla których Ukraińcy wybierają Polskę dla zakładania swojej działalności. Problemem podjętym w pracy jest także kwestia reakcji Polaków wobec masowych przyjazdów Ukraińców. W pracy pokazano także, jak adaptują się Ukraińcy w Polsce, co temu sprzyja a co zagraża. Opisano warunki prowadzenia działalności w Polsce i wywiady z Ukraińcami którzy prowadzą działalność gospodarczą w Polsce.
