Ocena skuteczności szkoleń na przykładzie studentów Uniwersytetu Jagiellońskiego

The aim of this research work is to evaluate the effectiveness of training courses organized for students under the project „ZintegrUJ - Comprehensive Development Program of the Jagiellonian University". The theoretical part discusses the essence of training courses to emphasize their importance and popularity in the modern world. Attention was also paid to training that may be of value to the younger generation of students. Then, the focus was on the training offer implemented as apart of the „ZintegrUJ" project for students of the Jagiellonian University, which is the subject of research. The third part presents the use of the Kirkpatric model using a survey. On the basis of the research results and data received from the "ZintegrUJ" office, a good level of the training effectiveness can be stated at the "reaction" level and "knowledge" level in the Kirkpatric models. It was impossible to test the effectiveness at subsequent levels due to numerous limitations.

Celem niniejszej pracy badawczej jest ocena skuteczności szkoleń organizowanych dla studentów w ramach projektu „ZintegrUJ- Kompleksowego Programu Rozwoju Uniwersytetu Jagiellońskiego”. W części teoretycznej omówiono istotę szkoleń dla podkreślenia ich dużego znaczenia i popularności we współczesnym świecie. Zwrócono również uwagę na zalety kursów szkoleniowych, które mogą być wartościowe dla młodego pokolenia, jakim są studenci. Następnie skoncentrowano się na ofercie szkoleniowej realizowanej w ramach projektu „ZintegrUJ” dla studentów Uniwersytetu Jagiellońskiego, która jest przedmiotem badań. W trzeciej części zaprezentowano wykorzystanie modelu Kirkpatrica przy użyciu kwestionariusza ankiety. Na podstawie wyników z badań oraz danych otrzymanych od Biura „ZintegrUJ”, można stwierdzić dobry poziom skuteczności szkoleń na poziomie „reakcji” i „nauki” w skali Kirkpatrica. Zbadanie efektywności na kolejnych poziomach było niemożliwe przez liczne ograniczenia.
