Analysis of the effectiveness of motivating tools at the Jasło City Hall

The research, the results of which were presented in the thesis, were aimed at determining which of the motivating tools are the most effective in the Jasło City Hall. The thesis consists of three chapters. The first chapter presents the results of the analysis of the text concerning the essence of motivation, theories of motivation, the process, models and functions of motivating. The next part of the thesis shows the motivating system, the typology of motivating tools, including material and non-material tools, and then the rules and errors of motivating employees. The last part of the thesis presents the methodology and conclusions of the conducted research. Methods used in the research were text analysis and the survey method.

Badania, których wyniki przedstawiono w pracy miały na celu ustalenie, tego które z narzędzi motywowania są najbardziej skuteczne w Urzędzie Miasta w Jaśle. Praca składa się z trzech rozdziałów. W pierwszym rozdziale przedstawiono wyniki analizy tekstu dotyczącego istoty motywacji i motywowania, teorie motywowania, proces, modele i funkcje motywowania. W kolejnej części zdefiniowano system motywowania, dokonano typologii narzędzi motywowania, wyodrębniając narzędzia materialne i niematerialne, a następnie zaprezentowano zasady i błędy motywowania pracowników. W ostatniej części pracy zaprezentowano metodologię oraz wnioski z przeprowadzonych badań. W badaniach wykorzystano analizę tekstu oraz metodę ankietową.
