Analiza dyskursu legislacyjnego ustawy zmieniającej wiek emerytalny w Polsce

W toku pracy podaję analizie dyskurs na temat zmiany wieku emerytalnego odbywający się podczas procesu legislacyjnego ustawy o zmianie ustawy Funduszu Ubezpieczeń Społecznych. Na pierwszą część pracy składają się poruszone przez uczestników procesu tematy związane z „umownością” wieku emerytalnego. W drugiej części pracy umieściłem wątki, które nie odnosiły się do owej umowności. W zakończeniu umieściłem poglądowy spis tematów, poruszonych przez uczestników procesu w całym procesie legislacyjnym.

The paper provides a analysis of the discourse on the change of retirement age taking place during the legislative process of the Act on Amending the Social Insurance Fund Act. The first part of the work consists of the topics raised by the members of the process related to the "conventionality" of the retirement age. In the second part of the paper I included the topics that did not refer to this conventionality. At the end of the paper, I provided an illustrative list of topics raised by the members of the process throughout the legislative process.
