Założenia ideowe austrofaszyzmu a zmiany społeczno-ustrojowe w międzywojennej Austrii

Celem niniejszej pracy jest zbadanie przemian społeczno-ustrojowych w międzywojennej Austrii, które doprowadziły do austrofaszystowski rządów autorytarnych. Praca opisuje sytuację i jej związane bodźce po I wojnie światowej, które sprzyjały powstania rządu faszystowskiego. W szczególności opisując początki paramilitarnych ugrupowań i ich wpływy. Pokazuje również problemy młodego parlamentu i jego powolne nieskuteczne działania oraz rywalizacja Wiednia z resztą Austrii. Dalsza część skupia się na drodze do przejęcia władzy w państwie oraz postulowania planowanych przemian i ideologii. Praca analizuje przemiany oraz pokazuje kluczowe wydarzenia doprowadzające do przejęcia władzy. Dodatkowo pokazuje wpływy zewnętrzne silniejszych sąsiadów. W następnym rozdziale autor opisuje szczytową fazę austrofaszyzmu - budowę ideologii na podstawie Quadragesimo anno i Der Wahre Staat, które stanowiły próbę stworzenia państwa stanowego. Autor również analizuje nową Konstytucję z 1934 roku i związane z nią przemiany w kraju. Ostatni rozdział poświęcony jest badaniom upadku ustawionych rządów i utratę niepodległości poprzez anschluss Austrii.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the social and political changes in the interwar Period, which led ultimatly to the austrofacist authoritarian rule. The work descibes the situatiuon and the associated stimuli after WWI, which favored the emerge of a facist goverment. In particular descibing the origins of paramilitary groups and their influence. It also shows the problems of a zoung parliament and its slow ineffective actions. Futhermore the rivlary between Vienna and the rest of Austria. The next part focuses on the road to taking power of the state and postulating planned changes and ideologies. The work analyzes the changes and shows the key events leiding to power. Additionally, it shows the external influences of stronger neighbors. In the next chapter, the author describes the peak phase of Austrofascism - the construction of an ideology on the basis of Quadragesimo anno and Der Wahre Staat, which were an attempt to create a state state. The author also analyzes the new Constitution of 1934 and the related changes in the country. The final chapter is devoted to researching the collapse of established governments and the loss of independence through Austria's anschluss.
